The book Sakhtiyaat, Pas Sakhtiyat aur Mashriqi Sheriyat (Structuralism, Post-structuralism and Eastern poetics,1993) seeks to initiate a vibrant tripartite dialogue between Structuralism, Sanskrit poetics and Persio-Arabic poetics. Having yoked eastern poetics with Structuralism and post-structuralism, Narang spells out the contours of the new model of criticism.
